Dry Cleaning FAQs

Is wet cleaning as good as dry cleaning?

For most garments it is gentler. We use the Electrolux Lagoon professional wet-cleaning system, which cleans with water and specialist detergents instead of harsh chemical solvents. Can you remove stains?

In most cases, yes. Tell us what the stain is and how long it has been there when you drop the item off. The sooner we see it, the better the chance of removing it completely, and we will always be honest if a mark is unlikely to come out.

How long does dry cleaning take?

It depends on the item and how busy we are, so ask the team when you drop off and they will give you a collection time.

Do you clean wedding dresses, curtains and sofa covers?
